Some of the policies are very weird where you have to present 2 credit cards for deposit. This was not mentioned in the contract provided by Booking.com and when I went to pick up the car the desk staff told me it was a BMW so you have to present 2 credit cards if not then they downgraded my car to lync&co from BMW which is ridiculous. At least mention this in the booking.com contract. Also, the desk staff was very rude and provided no solution at that moment and wanted to just give me a lync&co car. while the staff at pick up and return were super friendly and awesome. The prices are also very high as compared to other car rentals for the same car.
