Booking and delivery went smoothly. Very friendly and helpful staff. The return of the car didn’t go well unfortunately. I returned the car on Sunday by dropping the key into the box so I didn’t have the chance the check the car together with an employee. A few days later I received the invoice that I have to pay 20 euro for tanking. I was very surprised because I fully tanked the car right before returning and I don’t understand why this happened. I write an email asking for explanation but got no response. This is a big downer and I would strongly recommend everyone to return the car with an employee present. Otherwise things like this may happen and you will feel helpless. I wouldn’t recommend the service because of this.
