I had a problem. The company said I could drop the car after hours without a cost. This is the reason I chose it. However, while picking the car, the people on the counter explained to us that we needed to park the car outside and they we needed to pay parking. Parking in Amsterdam is expensive, it was more expensive than the rental itself. This was not disclaimed anywhere. Lastly, the people on the counter were annoyed at us for complaining on the lack of clarity. I will never rent on Avis.
