I have been a customer for a while now. I purchase beef bone broth. Until my last delivery I was quite happy with the product. The broth that I recently received is more liquid. I would have expected a jelly consistency which is sign of collagen. Not sure going forward what the quality of my purchases are going to be.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Defne! We are sad to hear that you were not satisfied with the broth quality but never reached out to us via a phone call or email. We always prioritise our customers and try to find a solution to the issue.
As you may have read before, we write on our website: “Uniqueness in every batch”. What does that mean? Every batch, every broth will be different. Why?
1. We work with different small scale local farmers. The colour, taste and “jelly-ness” will depend on various aspects, such as: animal breed, their age, gender, different bone cuts (every butcher cuts it differently), time/season of the year.
2. We are Clean Food producers. We are fodmap friendly, take no shortcuts in our production, and never add any additives- every broth is the highest quality, and we use only the best bones and products! We can’t promise you the same consistency and colour for every batch, but we can always promise that you will receive the best quality.
3. If it’s not jelly (more runny consistency)- it is still high in collagen and protein! We check every batch before selling it. If it is not up to our standards- it will never reach your household.
We hope this answered your hesitation on our product quality and inconsistent consistency.
