Unfortunatly i haven't received the product i ordered, it suppose to arrived last friday 10th of March , but it didn't and so far i haven't received any up date about where my products are, dissapointed

We have contacted you twice regarding the delivery of your package, and we're sorry if you didn't receive our messages. Additionally, we noticed that the address provided was incorrect, which may have contributed to the delivery issue. Unfortunately, as stated in our shipping policy, if the address is not correct and we cannot change it, we must transfer the payment back to the customer.
We apologize again for any frustration this has caused, and we hope that you'll consider trying our products in the future.
