I found the product I wanted on discount, at a much better price. It was sent the same day (Friday) I ordered. My emails were replied quickly and in a friendly way. The problem is that DPD, the delivery company, offered a bad service. My package was stuck till Tuesday at the depot, the day of the delivery I did not know the delivery time and after the first attempt they brought my package to the pick-up point where I had to pick it up myself. So, I paid 4 euros for delivery, but I had to wait 4 days and then go pick it up myself. So, the shop is fine, but the delivery company has problems.
