Not good. The order was expected the next day but wasn't posted for 5 days (after I contacted the company to ask where it was). They said it had just been posted (i.e. only because I sent the followup request) because there had been a public holiday where the item was located (however it appeared to be posted from the Netherlands where there was no public holiday). The original item never arrived and appeared to have been lost by PostNL and I had to ask that a replacement item was sent but was told 'no' (this was later honoured but the whole process took a lot of my time and caused a 2 week delay in laying the wallpaper.) Delay, lies and no responsibility.
