Sterke punten
- Very good market analyses, good format and length. I had followed the analyses for a while, I then decided to become client given the quality of the updates.
- I like the clarity of the websites and the transparency of the information provided.
- The strategy (long/short) fits perfectly with mine (I follow both).
- I like the honesty in the forecasts made and the detailed description of the 137 ETFs !!
- Easy to buy products and no automatic renewal, another reason for me to subscribe.
Verbeterpunten of tips
- One suggestion: in the client account, you might want to add a column or highlight a product item (whether it is a mine or a ETF group) if there is a recent update (or put the line in bold). I know that an email is sent when a transaction is made but if there are many of them it can be difficult to track back. A minor suggestion though.
