We had a very positive experience. The initial product we ordered was out of stock, but the sales person offered us the tree we wanted in an alternate size. I appreciated the support in finding an alternative. The payment process was easy via Ideal. The delivery day and process was well communicated. Although my Dutch isn't very good, the delivery person was very helpful and put up with my request to move the delivery spot to a different location on our street. The offloading was very efficient. I would definitely recommend your service to friends.
