The website is fine, orderdering went well and parcel arrived quickly on 24 November. BUT there was an item missing from my order and I have written to customer service four times since then and have never received an answer. No answer at all, all emails ignored. That’s pretty terrible service.

Answer your customer service emails. It even says customer service in the email address but no one ever replies.
