The experience was not so bad at the beginning: the boat was 40 min later the delay they told me by phone and the boat was not cleaned before we came in. But except that, it was fine.
The struggle started when, while starting to drink with my guests, we realize that the toilet promised on the website was not there. We had already drank few beers and the need started to be pressing, so we asked the skipper what was the solution.
Then it went really downhill: the skipper first started to stop at a bar, telling us we could ask inside (so no partnership, no plan at all). After rejection from the bar, the boat tour became a toilet search: we only looking for toilets as the 2 hours passed by. The skipper then suggested us to pee overboard, as he started to be late and thus didn't want to stop. Peeing overboard = showing your genitals to whoever is on the shore. As I was shocked by his suggestion, I pushed him to go toward the house of one of my guest. After having to heavily insist, I find drove to the house.
Half of the boat went to the toilet. Some people came back, but the skipper claimed to be late again. So he left. Just like that, he left, with 3 of my guests still on the shore. So my guest started to run along the canals to follow the boat. When, after heavily insisting again the skipped stopped to pick the guests, we realized that we lost them.
So that my experience with this boat tour: you enter with 17, you come back with 14. That and the request to pee overboard shocked me. I don't recommend this company, as they cannot fulfill a simple task, put a plastic toilet onboard.
Last comment: I asked them to apologize. But after one month and few emails sent without answers, I am fed up of waiting.
