Somebody scratched my car while parked. Asked BOVAG to pay for the damage. They did. Then they are saying my premium will be increased and accident-free years reduced from 14 to 8. Or, I should pay for the damage myself fully to keep everything as is. So, keep paying the insurance company the same premium and keep paying for the damages myself. Then why do I need insurance?
