Mount sent for the wrong model Ipad. No refund/return offered

Dear Simon,
We received this review in response to an email from 10 months ago, to which there was no substantive response from our side, for which we apologise.
When we deliver a faulty product, we will of course resolve it as best we can; even if it was 10 months ago.
An email has since been sent to discuss the situation and we will come up with an appropriate solution.
