Long story short, waited for a delayed kitchen (informed after purchase), when it finally arrived the Bruynzeel measurements were wrong, who they sent to fit the kitchen wouldn't fit it, left us with an unfitted kitchen that does not fit. No help or advise from Bruynzeel, just want more money from us to fix their mistakes. In fact we didn't even get an apology. Absolutely terrible and so unacceptable. Will never use this company again and I will be making a very lengthy in detailed complaint.

Train your staff better in customer service, they take criticism so personally and then become unwilling to help. You need to look at who you contract your work out to, the fitter you sent turned up 2 hours late, took one look at the measurements and said he wasn't going to fit it because the measurements were wrong (Bruynzeel mistake), no discussion on how to fix the issues, just left.
