Kitchen delivered March 14,
- Kitchen install attempt 1 March 15 (issue connection was not correct, we had the water pipes moved into the right spot to fit into the cabinets. Very nice and helpful guy named Rob who informed us what needed to be changed and to call the service desk for a new appointment),
- Kitchen install attempt 2 March 19 (supposed issue with the water and electricity connection, the kitchen could not be installed and to do so we first needed to pay 600-800 EUR. Extremely rude contractors who basically wanted to rip me off. Name contractor employee of Armando's company: AC Specials in Hoogvliet Rotterdam (KvK# 62571583) I called to the call centre and spoke to Mrs Lenie Nagtegaal threatened me to charge me voorijkosten for both visits),
- Kitchen check of installation attempt 2, March 21 (I called Reza asking for help, he and a technician to come and check, so indicated that there are no major issues and that the kitchen can be installed. We called call centre again since this was unacceptable.) finally during the weekend the kitchen was installed after much discussions. That went well in the end. Noneless, Bruynzeel should really reassess the Contractors and customer support staff they recruit since the service they provide highly effects there ratings.

Service in store was perfect. I just can not complain on the service received from Reza V.
