The planning process was a bit of a mess. Didn't receive a planning call until called myself several times. Initially was told that planning call will happen within 3 working days after signing an offer, than was told about end of the week. Called not received, so called myself after a week and something was not put correctly in the system. The delivery and installation was a pleasure - so big compliments to Sander Gerards - very polite, attentive, quick - overall great experience.
