You have ordered a spa online and i think you are not satisfied about the delivery time. You have a ordered online a spa which we did not have in stock so we had to order this by our factory. This week the spa will arrive in our warehouse and then the delivery time would be 9 weeks. This is a normal delivery time for a spa which we had to order. In future i would recommend to call us or visit our showroom if you want to know the exact delivery time. i will sent you an e-mail about the delivery which will be next week.
