Ordering was no problem, but it took three attempts to deliver the machine to my flat.
The first time the delivery firm, Mondial Vlot, claimed that I wasn't home which is not true. I had been waiting for them since seven in the morning and they never rung the doorbell. The second time they showed up and removed my old machine, however when they were about to bring in the new one they realized that they had forgotten to bring it. The third time I was lucky enough to see the truck from my window. Again they didn't ring my doorbell or even get out of the truck. I ran downstairs only to see them driving down the street. I had to chase after them and get them to return. Apparently a delivery truck driver needed space to deliver stuff for the supermarket. It only took a short discussion (less than half a minute) to sort it out and they finally delivered the washing machine.
In the end I lost three full days waiting for this delivery which I don't find acceptable.

Use a better delivery company.
It was not possible to add more information to the order form once you move to the next page, i.e. if you step back.
Note that after ordering the machine all my interactions were with the delivery company so the below ratings relate to them.
