Catastrophic experience!

My experience with Carglass was extremely bad unfortunately. Here are all the problems I encountered:
1. Booked an appointment for a specific date with the online tool. A day later got a call, the service agent asked me to make a new appointment, because online tool is not actually reliable (my window is not on stock)
2. A few days later I was called back and was told my window was shipped to Eindhoven, though I needed it in Den Bosch. So I made an appointment in Eindhoven. Ok for me...
3. Day before the appointment: Appointment was cancelled by CarGlass- CarGlass made me a new appointment without asking for my availability (not ok!), so I called them and set up a new appointment
4. The lady I talked to on the phone then told me it is no problem to make an appointment in Den Bosch iso. Eindhoven, they can ship the window from one location to another. The previous service agent had told me that is not possible- wrong information
5. Day of the window exchange arrived: I went to Den Bosch- turns out, CarGlass has ordered the wrong window. So I had to go home again and they would order the right window.
6. New window had arrived, but: They did it again: Set up an appointment for the next day without asking for my availability. Guess what? I have a job. this is not ok! So I called them and we made another appointment.
7. At the appointment, I asked for the price of the window. I was told about the costs, which seemed quite expensive to me (480EUR for a small back window). They told me this is because the use OEM products only from car manufacturers. After the window had been installed, I took a look and turns out the window is not an OEM window at all. This is almost fraud...
8. After the appointment I was sent an invoice by Email. In that invoice, there was an insurance mentioned, which was not at all my insurance (I have none and paid myself) and also services mentioned in there were not the ones performed on my car. Not sure what this was about, but makes no sense to me.
9. I had paid directly in the shop, though kept getting payment reminders. I called customer service to stop sending these invoices and they confirmed they would do. Turns out they did not stop. So I got more pushy payment reminders. I called the again and finally the reminders stopped.
Incredibly bad experience. Only positive not: I filed a complaint with their customer service and they sent me a 30EUR dinner voucher for compensation. Very nice, though still: This company is very unprpfessional.
