Today I came with big pain, and did not get any treatment. The given reason was as in pain situation 1st talk is to check and advise treatment. Only next treatment will be oriented to remove source of the pain. This is management strategy. Consequently you come and leave w/ o treatment removing your pain. I trust this strategy needs to be adopted to focus 1st on helping person's to remove pain. This is the goal.
