Support is not fast as well - no answer after 2h - for asking to cancel order.. and other questions are also not be answered under email.
only if got on your side to "Let´s Chat" - i got first answer: no time please email or phone to konact. Let´s chat??
then i got an email - .... to late, parcel is on the way
two times - i beg to cancel but - no parcel is on the way but it wasn´t like i saw in dpd - only data sent.. no answer
after question again for Retourticket or how to handle...... no answer..
i asked for a Upgrade code i got from you i cannot handle it - no answer

Thank you for your review. Our shipments and warehouse are 100% automated. We can deliver by this way very fast the next day. When an order is placed those are final and we cannot change them anymore. Our automatic warehouse works until 23:45. However our costumers service does not work until 23:45.
We are sorry for your bad experience, but no problem we will change for you the correct size.
