Please understand that sometimes very rarely there could be exceptions and you should go out of your way to find a solution to customer problems. I had an urgent need to pick up the container as it was blocking a very important event for me and you could not help despite multiple requests. For me, your company is least bothered about customer empathy. No point in taking such feedback from customers when you do not know how to act on customer satisfaction
