The dear representative said she won’t speak English, will transfer me for someone else. Past more than 4 weeks, I did call what’s going on, they said, they will call me back. Past more then 2 weeks, when I have got an email, that one week later she will pass the case. Past 2 more weeks, still no contact.
I am really upset. It seems this company does not really care.
