The device was replaced.
Unfortunately, it was replaced only after the public complaints were made. I would suggest to the company's management to review the way employees are treating the clients, as a problem must be resolved without any burden or high level of stress. If the product is defective, it must be fixed or replaced. In both ways, a solution must be provided to the clients.

They sell broken products and don't replace them in case of problems. They will avoid contact, create excuses, and try to convince you to keep the broken product as it is. I really regret buying this company. I am trying to get the money back, which is impossible, as they don't respond to your e-mails.
