In general, it is all right. The good side is that it is easy to contact, a certain level of flexibility on exchanging days, and clear policy. The downside is that I found my kid does not get sufficient attention, for instance, the diaper sometimes is not changed in time, there are times that my kid came back home with dried stool in the diaper and very red bottom. Often, my kid does not get sufficient sleep in daycare, like 10 min in total. Once, my kid got hurt badly in daycare, and the response that I got from daycare was that it is not their fault. The daycare should take the responsibility, simply because the kid was taken care over there, we parent would be confidently leave our kids in daycare.
