Ze hebben me geen deel van mijn bestelling gestuurd. Ze legden niets uit, voordat ik het vroeg. Ze verontschuldigden zich niet. Ik heb na 2 weken niets ontvangen. Hun site claimde nu nog steeds dit item "levering binnen 1-2 werkdagen".

Only a part of my order was delivered. It wasn't explained at all and in a couple of days I should to contact a customer service.
Without any apology I was informed that the missed item is out of stock. At the moment I've made this order, this item was claimed in stock with "Verzending 1-2 werkdagen".
I haven't received it after 2 weeks since the original order was made even though I was promised to get it this week. It's still on the site as "Verzending 1-2 werkdagen" which is really annoying, because it's consequence of negligence or deliberate deception. Anyway it's very bad.
I failed a deadline of my commission now because of this delay. I've ordered this item elsewhere. I claimed a complaint. I received no apology.
