This company delivered the worst service ever. First, they just changed the time that they would arrive, even though I requested something different. Then they were late! I tried calling them and they kept giving me half answers about trying to find out when the chauffeur would be there (because people were waiting for them) instead of just telling the truth. When the chauffeur finally arrived and my friends asked nicely why they were late, they were so rude and disrespectful. After filing a complaint about this, I was ignored and accused of lying. I tried to reason with them, telling them that this very bad service delivered and that I would want to pay, but not the full amount. They just ignored me and then send a deurwaarder. These people are horrible. They treat their customers like shit and bully people into paying for something that was the worst service ever.

You agreed on the offer on 29-12.
We confirmed the offer with a definite timeslot of 16:30/17:30 via E-mail and SMS.
We did not receive any cancellation from you.
We finally arrived 10 minutes late, 17:40 according to our tracking system. We therefore apologize.
We cannot verify the behaviour of our employees but they seemed to have finalized the transport according to the agreement. We are sorry if any behaviour has disturbed you, we will track abnormal behaviour in a report.
We take complaints very seriously, but when you say we are an hour late (which is not true) and determine not to pay the invoice we will follow the normal billing procedures.
