Explain somewhere that the emergency choice that you have on a lock means that the door can open even if a key is behind the door.
Then explain that it comes standard without it and that you have a choice afterwards to add this or not.
Someone like me who didn’t had a clue about door locks has a difficult time figuring out.
But thankfully your staff answers the phone fast and they are very kind and helpful!!!
