DHL sucks, always have to pick it up myself somewhere far away, its 1 day later then said on website, and then they send a 4am email that its gonne be delivered in the evening and they never show up, have to pick it up myself at a store thats far and not even open in the next 4 days......... not the first time this happened, in fact i think 4/4 encounters with DHL went exactly like this.

Thank you for your review. How annoying that you have had bad experiences with DHL. I see there has been no contact with customer service ( customerservice@dieetwebshop.nl ) about this. Otherwise we could have helped you with a suitable solution and filed a complaint with DHL. You can also choose to ship your order with DPD.
Fortunately, you have now received your package.
