I ordered a Roland FP30 with a stand on August 12, but it’s now been a month, and I still haven’t received the stand. About a week after placing the order, I emailed to ask about the delay and was told it would be delivered the following week. Since then, I haven’t received any replies to my follow-up emails.
The team members I spoke to were friendly, but they kept mentioning delivery issues and waiting lists for Roland stands, something I wasn’t informed about during the ordering process
