I bought an electric chair from them. It came broken and they didn't accept it as a defected, and simply told me to buy a new one, and didn't give me any other alternative. For an almost 800 euros service, the customer service is horrible.
I wouldn't recommend them at all.
PS. They suggested to me to return the product on my expense from Finland with cost of over 400e back and forth to just check it and not fix it or give me the replacement and the product itself is around 500e.

Thank you for you feedback. The desk was not damaged when delivered, It got broken after installation. We offered you two solutions; one is to send the desk back and the other solution is that we send you spare parts on your costs.
