Good customer service and patient. Allowed me to be very selective when buying high end snowboard boots. I even recommended someone to check out the shop for the 32 TM-2 XLT's and he went and bought them 2 days ago.

Nothing really except maybe a little more diversity in your goods line up. Adidas boots are a hot item right now.
