Terrible service and not transparent in charging and billing. I have cancelled my subscription since 4 months and the company is still charging monthly fee through direct debit. Poor customer service. Please don't buy this product subscription.

Sad to hear that you experienced struggles with our billing. I have looked into it and found the earlier conversations you had with my colleagues. As I see you cancelled your account in April, therefore we still charged you for the subscription of April which you paid in May. You didn't have to pay us after that and as far as I can see we also didn't invoice you after May. If you're indeed still paying the monthly fee although you ended your subscription, please provide my colleagues with payment proof via your bank account of those payments so that we can help you further.
