I was struggling to get my new EV charger working. I couldn't find my way with the help documentation either. I contacted the whatsapp line and had the best experience. Mathilde Leclerc was so patient and friendly and understood my issue straight away. She is so knowledgeable. Something I was struggling with since I'd had my EV charger installed, was sorted within a few whatsapp messages over the course of a few hours. I am so grateful to be able to use my charger and my neighbour has been able to charge his vehicle too - that after a month of no use. Things don't always go right first time, but when you have fantastic support like Mathilde, it really is a walk in the park.
