The gentlemen who came to install the refrigerator were polite - coming late on a Friday afternoon. They did not pay the attention to detail that we would have liked (at first the refrigerator was placed way off center in the opening, and the gentleman who was learning to install the water filter - made quite a mess which we cleaned up). However, when I pointed out that the refrigerator was not centered and needed to be - they did not complain at having to pull it out and fix it - despite the fact that it was getting quite late on a Friday.
