It’s a shame that ann assessment wasn’t done to remotely first, for example describing the problem over the phone. The engineer opened the door and span the drum, then suggested we get a new one. By this point I lost confidence and trust, so declined to proceed with a new machine.
He was very quick to get his payment and leave very quickly. He was in the house less than 10 mins.
