Yesterday, someone came to my house to replace the warm-meter with the smart one. I told him that I wasn't informed about this action beforehand. Then I requested him to share his name and show Eneco ID. Immediately I tried to reach Eneco customer service via web chat. And asked if the guy is really an Eneco employee or not. It took 30 minutes to have the correct answer. Please, do let customers know beforehand If you schedule an onsite service organization for them.
