The first technician arrived promptly and was very helpful in fixing part of the failure. However, he did not propose to fix a pipe that needed to be replaced because it was not the original pipe. This caused other leaks and I had to call the company again. Fortunately another technician arrived and was really very helpful and willing to replace the pipe and order a new one.
