I received a bottle of cod liver oil with a broken cap, so that I wouldn't be able to open it without having it constantly open to air. They responded they would send a new cap, but did not answer my request for a small credit 15 EUR for a future order to compensate for the troubles and wait time til the replacement cap came. Considering the high quality of these products, I am disappointed that the customer service is not more accommodating to its' repeat clients or offering to compensate for such delivery defects.
