Very bad experience as I still have 2x orders pending and cannot contact customer service, no one is getting back to me.
In the past I had a very good experience with them but something happened...

In the meantime, there was email contact and information about the reason for the delayed delivery. There is always the possibility to cancel open orders and get the money back.
