No delivery, 0 customer service. Do not order!

Ordered three "in stock" items three weeks ago. Contacted customer service after a week of nothing happening. Week after that I contacted the second time. No response even when I told them I would do a chargeback for the money if there was no response.
This company used to deliver fine and I have ordered from here before, but something has obviously happened and unfortunately my money is still stuck here.
