I placed an order for over 200 euros.
I understand that another company is handling your shipments, but this is very disappointing for someone like me who has already ordered from you many times. It is not possible to contact the company, I get an automated reply from droginet.nl to every email I send. Even though I sent a separate email because I was told that direct email replies are not read, I received the same automated reply. It has been 14 days since I placed my order and still no news! If I do not hear more about this, I will report the situation to my lawyer.
