Something is wrong with Ergomax. No tracking number, no response to 4 emails regarding my order, and no way to get my money back.

Previously I have received an email with a tracking number. This time I have not got one yet at their homepage it says they have completed the order. I spent over 400 € on supplements and I've tried to contact them by email 4 times. I've also tried to call and only come to an answering machine. Watch out! I have to probably take legal action to get my money back.
