The first time I ordered from Ergomax, I was very satisfied, however, I ordered another product two weeks ago, haven't received it, sent two emails, no reply, had to call another country and incur additional cost and inquire about the product. The customer service lady told me they were super busy and they still haven’t given me correct information where my product is.

As I said, the first time it was great. However, the second time, it has been really poor. Hopefully they will rectify the situation.
