Product not received, cero response from customer service

Hi,
I’ve order this product in September.
After repeated attempts to find out where my order is, sending emails to the email info@ergomax.nl, calling their number on PayPal, I decided to leave this review.
I’m very disappointed, considering I’m not a new customer and have spent 100’s of euros here. Cero customer service.
Note: person on Ergomax number of n PayPal’s profile said that he had repeatedly asked them to remove the number since he doesn’t work there anymore…
Next step unfortunately, calling my credit card company, and leaving my first negative review online.
