I have made a order on 27th April, and I move to my new house in 26th April. But until 7th May, I have not received the duvet cover and the pillow. I wonder how could I sleep on the bed if I didnt buy another one instead!!! And during this period, the carrier DHL hasnt contacted me!!!Then I called Essenza, they told me the package has been returned. The reason is they can't find my address. How ridiculous! During the past one week, I have received more than 10 packages. Why only they cant find my address?! Really really angry about that!

We are very sorry that your package was not delivered as planned. Unfortunately we could not trace back the reason why the package has returned to us. Only that the forwarder said that the person on the package had moved. We wanted to solve this by re-sending your order immediately, but you prefferred a refund. We have send the refund right away to your account.
Once again our apologies for the inconvenience! We wish you all the best in your new house!
