Everything went ok except one point: when picking up the car, I founf my key dissassembled with the electronics in teh cabing and the rest of the key in the car. When promting why, they failed to give a valid explanation (all the other car keys where in one piece). I tried to be as polite as possible but of course not happy with the situation. Instead of getting a valid explanation I got a complain of the employee about my "tone" when addressing him. Unnacceptable arrogant attitude when asked about problem with the service.
