Sterke punten

I thought when I ordered the book, you guys were really good in confirming it was under printing . Confirmation of receiving my payment was speedy and great to hear.

Verbeterpunten of tips

However, after that initial information I never saw an update of my order. It has taken a long time to print and still has not been sent according to the webpage!

We received your answer upon our request to revise your review. I took a minute to look into the cycle of this order. Here are the facts:
1.
Your payment was received on Monday 23 of August
2.
We started printing on Tuesday 24th
3.
Your book was delivered on Saturday 28th of October
4.
We send you an request for feedback on Sunday 29th of October
5.
Due to a technical malfunction on the PostNL server we only notified you with a TrackTrace code on Monday, however the books had been delivered on Saturday

As we strive for happy customers only my colleague immediately called your mother immediately after receiving your feedback. She informed us she hadn’t received the book but would have a look in the mailbox. My colleague also informed your mother that according to the Track&Trace the books had been delivered on the 28th. The next day my colleague called again and your mother told him that she indeed found the book. It had been delivered on Saturday!

You rated the quality of the book as ‘bad’. yet surprisingly you did not make any claim regarding this subject.
We are truly sorry our service did not meet up to your exepctations.
