First, it was terrible. Because opposite of what the website indicates, I had no update for more than a week. I even never received an answer to an email that I sent after my order. However, after two times calling, I spoke with a gentleman who helped me a lot since my order was a birthday present he did his best so I could receive the book before the due date. The quality was perfect. And I really appreciate his help. Unfortunately I have not caught his name. But I appreciate his help a lot.
