I switched providers and signed up for the annual heating maintenance service with Feenstra this year. I expected a routine maintenance and check-up service as the heating was working perfectly before Feenstra came. On the first visit, Feenstra technicians said there was a problem, removed some parts, and turned off the heating system, saying they would look into a repair quote. On the next day I got a call saying they could not repair the problem and that I would need to buy an entirely new heating system. In the meantime, Amsterdam hit the coldest days of the year and my family and I are patiently waiting in the cold for a new system to be installed. 6 days later (and after 10-12 calls asking for the quote and installation date), Feenstra simply tell they decline the quote, cancel my subscription as a customer, and tell me to go find someone else to repair or replace my system. My small children are literally freezing for 10 days now. I cannot believe the arrogance and utter disregard for customers. Avoid this company.
